Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
Ribhoo LLP (“Ribhoo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) builds specialised technology products. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you use ribhoo.com or a Ribhoo product or service.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Ribhoo, we may collect:
- contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and message;
- account, organisation, licence and purchase information where a Ribhoo product requires it;
- technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and basic server logs;
- payment and invoicing information handled through the payment provider used for a transaction; and
- limited licence-activation information for licensed products, such as the licence key, product/version and a device-derived identifier used to manage activation and seats.
We do not intentionally collect information that is unnecessary for providing or operating a Ribhoo product.
2. Product data
Ribhoo may offer both online and offline products. The handling of your content depends on the product.
For products designed to operate entirely offline or on-device, customer documents, figures, files, analyses and outputs are intended to remain on the customer's device unless the product expressly states otherwise.
A product may still require a one-time or occasional online licence activation. Such activation is limited to information required to validate the licence and manage permitted devices or seats.
3. How we use information
We may use collected information to:
- operate, maintain and improve Ribhoo websites and products;
- respond to enquiries, support requests and business communications;
- create and manage accounts, organisations, licences and downloads;
- process purchases, invoicing and procurement;
- protect our systems, prevent abuse and investigate security incidents;
- comply with legal, regulatory, accounting and tax obligations; and
- understand product usage at an aggregate level where analytics are used.
4. Cookies and analytics
Ribhoo may use essential cookies or similar technologies where they are required for authentication, security, session management or core website functionality.
If we introduce non-essential analytics or other tracking technologies, we will use them in accordance with applicable law and update this policy where appropriate.
We do not use your personal information to sell targeted advertising.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as hosting, database, payment, email, security or professional-service providers, but only to the extent reasonably necessary for those services.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or security of Ribhoo, our users or others.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, tax, accounting, security and contractual requirements.
Licence and transaction records may need to be retained for longer periods where required for fraud prevention, contractual enforcement, audit or legal compliance.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should also take appropriate steps to protect their accounts, devices and credentials.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of certain personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can contact Ribhoo through our contact page to make a privacy request.
9. Children
Ribhoo products and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children except where an institution or authorised adult uses a product in a lawful context.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as Ribhoo, our products or applicable laws evolve. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
