Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ribhoo.com and products or services provided by Ribhoo LLP (“Ribhoo”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using a Ribhoo website, product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ribhoo on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Product-specific licences, order forms, procurement terms or written agreements may supplement these Terms. If there is a conflict, the signed or expressly accepted product-specific agreement will control for that product or transaction.
2. Ribhoo products
Ribhoo develops specialised software and technology products. Features, availability, supported environments and product requirements may vary by product and version.
Some products may operate online, while others may be designed for offline or restricted environments. Product documentation will describe the applicable operating model.
3. Accounts and licences
Where a product requires an account or licence, you are responsible for keeping credentials and licence information secure and for ensuring that use remains within the purchased or authorised scope.
Licences may be limited by organisation, user, seat, device, duration, product version or other agreed parameters. Licence keys may not be shared, resold or transferred except where Ribhoo expressly permits it.
Certain products may require one-time or occasional online activation to validate a licence, device or seat.
4. Permitted use
You may use Ribhoo products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable licence.
You must not:
- attempt to bypass authentication, licensing, seat, device or usage controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble a product except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- copy, modify, resell, sublicense or distribute proprietary Ribhoo software without permission;
- use Ribhoo systems to transmit malicious code, interfere with service availability or gain unauthorised access; or
- use a product in a manner that infringes the rights of another person or violates applicable law.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you provide to a Ribhoo product. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority necessary to process that content using the product.
For offline products, customer content is intended to remain on the customer's device unless the product expressly provides otherwise.
For online products, you grant Ribhoo the limited rights necessary to process content solely to provide, secure and support the service.
6. Intellectual property
Ribhoo and its licensors retain all rights in Ribhoo software, branding, designs, documentation, methods, models, interfaces and other proprietary materials, except for rights expressly granted to you.
Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used by Ribhoo without restriction or obligation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so.
7. Fees and payments
Prices, taxes, billing terms, licence periods, renewals and refund terms will be displayed at purchase or set out in the applicable proposal, order form or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable once a licensed product, activation or digital delivery has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Third-party services
Ribhoo may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, libraries or integrations. Those services may be subject to separate terms and may experience outages or changes outside Ribhoo's control.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. For paid products, we will seek to avoid materially reducing purchased functionality during an active licence term without reasonable cause.
10. No professional advice
Ribhoo products may assist with research, compliance, analysis, decision support or other specialised workflows. Unless expressly agreed in writing, product outputs are tools for assistance and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, scientific, regulatory or other professional advice.
Users remain responsible for professional judgement, verification and decisions made using product outputs.
11. Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ribhoo products and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis except for warranties expressly stated in a written agreement.
We do not guarantee that every product will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every use case or capable of identifying every issue in customer content.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ribhoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business opportunity or data arising from use of a product or service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Ribhoo's aggregate liability relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount paid to Ribhoo for that product or service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limit.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, attempted licence circumvention or abuse of Ribhoo systems.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers and liability limitations, will continue to apply.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Ribhoo Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India unless a separate written agreement specifies another forum or dispute-resolution mechanism.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the revision date on this page and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice.
17. Contact
